Join us the third Friday of each month to discuss our selection. October’s book is The Keeper of Lost Children by Sadequa Johnson. Copies are available for checkout at the library and on the Libby app.
Big Truck’r Treat
Back for our second year of Big Truck’r Treat! Bring your little one dressed in their favorite costume to enjoy their favorite big trucks from around town! We will be accepting candy donations at The Freeport Library, and if you have a truck you’d like to enter, please contact the library for more information.
Audiobook Walking Club
Bring your headphones, enjoy your audiobook, and walk with fellow book lovers. The group will meet and walk at the Barrier Free Park located next to Freeport City Hall. Club may cancel due to weather. All welcomed.
B.Y.O.C Meetup
Bring your own craft meetup at the Freeport Library! Bring whatever project you are working on to socialize with fellow crafters. Knitting, painting, scrapbooking, whatever you want! 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 1PM-2PM.
Lego Club
Come join us at the library from 3:00 to 4:00pm on Tuesdays for free build time with Legos and friends.
Chess Club
Chess club is every Friday from 3:00-4:00pm for kids and 4:00pm-5:00pm for adults. Bring a friend or play a game with someone new. Just learned the game? That’s okay too! Learn from our local Chess Master, Dan Owens.
Storytime
Come and join us for story, song, craft, and snack! Every Wednesday at 10AM.
Creative Craft Collective
Come join us every Saturday from 10AM-12PM for a different art or craft! Call the library to find out what craft we will be doing. No sign up required. For all ages.
